We sat in the drive thru on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered the drive thru just to tell us “It’ll be a couple more minutes”. 5 cars were behind us. People were getting out of their car, taking pictures of the hours on the front door cause you just can’t do that in this day and one star get it together.
