  They def weren't as good as the other dairy queens, at least my cupcake wasn't. But was still delicious 😋 and service was great

  Good service but keep in mind they dont serve food items like other dairy queens. Only ice cream stuff and cakes.

  really should change your hours online, says they close at 9 online but when I pulled in they had a sorry we’re closed sign up. also their light up sign on the street says closed at 9 as well. the two girls working just stared at me like I was crazy and didn’t say anything.

  Just got back home after our outing which included a stop at DQ, which I love! However as we pulled in & saw the ordering window available with no line, we decided to go ahead and order. I only had on a sweater, no coat but had to wait while at least one of the 3 gals inside checked her phone. There was a large group of teens/young adults standing by who'd already been served, and I do not know how much of an influence that made on the gals inside, but my family ran small businesses forever, including 2 DQ's (Beaver County) and you respond to customers - not check phones! (That happened at least 3 times while I shivered at the window waiting for someone to pay attention.I had to post this because it is totally uncalled for, totally rude, and certainly not inspirational to customers. That's it. I'm wrapped in a blanket within my home still trying to warm up. Being stuck at a window for too long did not sit very well with me.
