Checked back after 15 min, same response no status update like half is ready or something along the lines. I literally had to call back after 5-10 min and the cashier didn't even pick up the phone some guy from the kitchen did, coz he was not able to figure out order status. THIS IS NOW STRAIGHT UP CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I am not sure if the store manager knows there are LOT more cashiers/servers than people in kitchen. Another thing is the mobile app is USELESS that show no status about order or even basic one "Hey your order is ready for pick up"

I decided to go the other day to see if anything has improved and it has not. Ordered 10 wings for $15.49, what a rip off. My wings came out almost cold like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour or were just microwaved for 15 seconds and sauce just slathered on. The wing quality itself was horrible. Small wings, mediocre amount of meat. The meat was so tough it actually made my jaw sore to chew. Had one deformed wing in there, of course where the bone broke in half which was gross. I ate them because I was hungry. I didn't want to complain because the bartender was really busy. I will never come here again. Literally anywhere else has better wings. The bartender was very nice though. So that's good. But overall this company serves sub-par food that is overpriced and sloppily made in the back by whoever they can get to work there. What an absolute disappointment.
