Finally got to order and waited about 45 mins. Service was so bad because you didn't have enough help. Very upset it was a birthday dinner. This is the first time we went since it opened. We will not be back. The dinners good but the pick 4 dinner sauces were wrong. I felt for people waiting to be seated and there were tables available but not clean. You are going to lose business

Only about 4 other tables had customers with at least 2 other servers working but we waited at least 15 minutes for our server to even take our orders . We had to ask another waitress to go find him to take our order. The garlic Parm wings has too much pepper in them and were awful. The cheessteak was good but very small, the burger was overcooked. The restaurant was so cold it was. Unbearable to sit and try to enjoy the atmosphere which on a Football Sunday night was extremely lacking. The wait staff seemed more interested in congregation in the corner and talking than waiting on customers.
