    I have yet to recieve an au jus cup with a french dip order or as an add on for any order ive ever placed here. Not a single time, even when i pay extra specifically for it. Its infuriating as its the only way i eat these things and im never the one to go in person its always my shops parts runner who picks up lunches for us. Which shouldnt be a problem but either the staff are incompetent or the ordering system doesn't tell them to add it. Normal sandwiches and stuff are fine but they removed the brisket too so i have no reason to ever order from any arbys again.

    My food is hot, good and on time. Overpriced tho. This is the one in west Mifflin near century Square in century III
