Got the email that it was ready but some items were out of stock, the turkey being one of them. My husband and I decided to go in to see if they had turkeys (any brand) and low and behold there were 2 yes, 2 freezers FULL of the Shady Brook Farm Turkeys. Exactly what I ordered. Absolutely a LIE that they were out of stock. Some lazy employee who didn't feel like doing their job just decided to mark it out of stock. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the manager at customer service made it right as it would not longer allow me to redeem the points on my account when we took the turkey to the register. Editing to 1 star because we went to use the sliced deli cheese we ordered and it was not even the correct cheese. We ordered Land O Lakes New Yorker American and got the equivalent of the rubbery Kraft Singles. I think we will start shopping at Redners again or go to Weis.
