I went to Panera Sunday to grab my usual sandwich and long story short, there were some issues and I wasn't able to immediately go back to have them addressed, but came in several days later spoke with Kevin, manager on shify that day and with absolutely no hesitation or questions immediately apologized and was willing to do anything he could to make up for the mistake a few days prior. I really appreciated his professionalism, understanding and generosity. Definitely will choose this location before any others. Thank you!
