Disappointing and overly priced in comparison of what Bravos use to be. My partner and I have been going to this Bravos location for 15 years, and have enjoyed it every single time, but unfortunately we will never be going back after our last meal due to the complete decline in food quality. To be clear: The service was GREAT, the staff were friendly and they did their jobs perfectly. The wait time was incredibly short and our server was kind and attentive… but the FOOD was terrible! The meal for 2 cost $98, but the calamari was rubbery and tasted like nothing, our pasta dishes were definitely out-of-the-box Barilla pasta and had over cooked shrimp, and our “warm chocolate desert” was more like a microwave mug cake with “vanilla gelato” that was actually freezer burned vanilla ice cream.

I came here for the other reviews. I just left that place and this is the worst Italian food I’ve ever had in my life Marie Callender and Sarah Lee has better Italian Frozen dinners than this On top of that, the food was only warm when it got to us, but I will not put that on the server because even warm food can be good, sorry about the no pronunciation in this paragraph because I talk texting because I refuse to spend 10 minutes writing a review for this garbage

Not sure who is in charge of cleaning bar area but the floors, rails and half walls from bar top to floor were filthy. This wasn't yesterday's dirt and dust because some of it was built up. Invest in a good cleaning company. After years of coming there I won't be back anytime soon. Floors were covered with food and crumbs..a mouse/rats heaven of food. They ate better than me cause my pizza was overcooked and it was ordered as carry out.

The food is good here. I recommend eating the bread pudding first, because it is awesome and you don’t want to skip it when you have a belly full of pasta. I do have a complaint. They advertise Happy Hour appetizers and drinks. It’s on their website and on a huge banner hanging outside their establishment. However, they won’t give you the happy hour specials unless you sit at the bar. This is not listed anywhere, it’s just what your server has to tell you. So for someone with balance issues (ms) and back problems, who would not be able to sit comfortably on a bar stool or at a high top, cannot participate in the happy hour specials. Pretty sure this borders on illegal due to the ADA.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful restaurant! I myself my mom and son went to eat right before closing ( not planned) And with open arms we were greeted and kindly seated by a wonderful waitress, I could kick myself for not catching her name, she told us to take our time I not once felt rushed. A nice gentleman walked over and gave my son Pizza dough on a plate to play with. The atmosphere was So relaxing and freeing. Now the food! The food was absolutely amazing! I have zero complaints! We all three shared a few items from the menu and everything was seriously cooked to perfection. It’s the 2nd best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to I recommend 10x over. Thank you x
