  We had an incredible experience thanks to Kaitlyn. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. After 21 years of service, she’s still the gold standard—easily the nicest waitress I’ve ever encountered!

  Came here out of nostalgia with some friends. We ordered two pan pizzas and left very satisfied. I tend to look down on chain restaurants (especially a pizza place in an area of the country with some great pizzerias), but you can't really find pan pizza quite the same as Pizza Hut. The staff were also great. Our waitress seemed to genuinely want us to enjoy our meal and was very accommodating and friendly, though not in a cloyingly fake way. Pretty much the highest praise I can give any restaurant's customer service. The atmosphere is... not fantastic. A lot of spare equipment and supplies sitting in the other half of the dining area, no music or anything (which I'm personally fine with but could bother some people). Not as dark as Pizza Hut used to be back in the day (although I kinda preferred it that way). A small booth, but I probably could've picked out a better place to sit. A small thing that could be easily fixed that bothered me an unreasonable amount: the menus are just kinda ugly? Or boring? I can't quite put my finger on it, but something about the design of the menu sapped my confidence. Maybe it's just me, though. I'm a bit of a weirdo about things like that. I definitely want to go back soon. I've never done the pizza buffet, but I believe they recently brought it back. Every Wednesday night, I believe. Might be a madhouse.

  Our recent visit allowed us to be served by an amazing waitress, Kaitlyn! She was such a kind person making sure that we were happy with our food and willing to help in any way!
