The store itself is always so clean, the food is always fantastic (better than some restaurants, I would argue), and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I usually get the bbq chicken strips basket and an ice cream. I grew up going to Dairy Queen but in a different state. This is by far, the best one I have ever gone to. Thank you for the awesome service!

Sometimes the kitchen closes at 4 and the store are at 6 or the kitchen at 6 and the store at 8….sometimes without warning. Tonight we placed our dinner order, drove there to pick it up…to find a note on the intercom of the drive thru saying they were closing at 6 pm tonight. My order went through, my card got charged…but my food wasn’t there. It’s always a bunch of teen girls, who are left there alone to run the place…through no fault of their own, there’s no adult supervision and clearly no direction. I could see if there was an emergency and they had to close early but this is consistent. They’re never open when they’re supposed to be.

But I was appalled by the way one of the ladies that I’m assuming is the manager was speaking to one of the young kids who was training. I know he was training because she publicly shamed him in front of every one and announced that he was a trainee. She then snarkily told him to “Go find something to do”, which he did. Then when he approached her to ask a question, she told once of the other girls to “Get him off of the register”. I felt so badly for him and can only imagine what this poor kid has to deal with every shift.
