I placed my order for my hoagie tray on Wednesday 2/4.I immediately asked if they could put the lettuce, onions, and tomatoes on the side. The girl said sure no problem. It was on my receipt stating to put those items on the side. I have party guests who have diet restrictions. I paid $117.00. I picked it up today and the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were on the hoagies. I questioned the workers and he responded that the people who had those allergies should not be eating the hoagies to begin with and they were too busy to put the sides on the side. No apology.

Very disappointing experience at this Primo Hoagies location. I originally wanted a small Chicken Diablo sandwich, but I was told by the cashier that seeded rolls are only available in Primo size. Because I specifically wanted a seeded roll, I agreed to order the Primo size, even though I did not want a large sandwich. When I got home, I realized the sandwich was made on a regular roll, not a seeded roll. I called the store, and they told me the invoice did not mention a seeded roll. I understand I should have checked the receipt, but the situation still doesn’t make sense. If I wanted a regular roll, I would have ordered the small size as I originally intended. The only reason I ordered Primo was because I was told that was the only way to get a seeded roll. This location seems to be getting worse over time, and experiences like this explain the declining reviews. The staff does not appear to pay attention to customer requests or take responsibility for mistakes. I feel bad for the owner and for the Primo Hoagies franchise because the brand itself is solid. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location until there is better training and accountability from the employees.

Dry, mediocre corned beef hoagie. Lots of meat, but poor quality. Most of the soft-drink refrigerators were empty. Overcharged by $6. When I called on a Tuesday to address the overcharge, I was told to call back on Thursday. I won't return.

Former manager of a Primos and man this location is not run well. Nick would lose his mind. Managers are the owners who have not once attempted to fix their terrible parking lot, or get cheesesteak/chicken cheesesteak oven like my old store was told we had to. But hey, that's why they're in the bottom 80 of sales. Went for a pick up, walked in and only employee in sight is sitting on an office chair talking with person in the office. No greeting is always wild, but I say I have an online order. Confirms name hands me the food and goes right back to the chair to sit and talk. Another customer comes in and the manager comes out of the office loudly talking about the discount they are going to give them. Super unprofessional when you've got customers sitting and eating in the dining area. We used to get annoyed at my Primos when "Primos Police" would come for an audit, but they could use one. Sharpen the slicer so the meat comes out more even. Only thing making the place worth going to a primos is the food and lack of maintenance makes the high price tag for a hoagie not worth it. Also, if you have nothing better to do than sit down and talk, maybe whipe the tables after people sit at them.
