  Renee, a cashier lady was so sweet and kind to me, I felt faint at the check out counter she closed her register and got me to a bench and called manager turns out I was dehydrated and felt like passing out both Manager Sophie, Carlos and cashier Renee helped me to recover but special thanks to Renee for NOT letting me pass out on the floor. Love our Community Giant store- all employees are super nice and kind.

  UPDATE: You say you’ll work harder to improve and you DONT. The same reviews as mine are from 2 years ago so nothing changes. It’s the exact same result everytime and anytime I shop. Either zero cashiers or only 1 with a long line building so it can take 30 minutes to check out. I will be taking my $400 per week somewhere else where they care about their customers. I am Livid! I was there with my daughter at 8pm on a Friday night and not 1 cashier was working. ALL SELF SERVICE. The machine wasn’t working properly and was delayed so a self-service employee had to come over around 8 times to clear it. I was there so long trying to check out that my 2 gallons of ice cream were melting and I had to replace them. I guess anytime you go to this Giant, you become an employee since there aren’t any cashiers. I’ve been shopping at this Giant from the very start but now will be going to Acme and ShopRite where they care about their customers!
