Did a mobile order, one other person in the store and no one acknowledged me and then when I asked was told “wait a minute”. There needs to be a way to pick up mobile orders without having to engage with rude help.

Been coming here since I was a kid, so 30+ yrs. Staff is almost always friendly and helpful and they have standard DQ ice cream, but my minor gripe is they have yet to figure out a line system in the store for ordering which just annoys me to no end since you can enter from two sides and there are three ordering windows, and it’s never clear which ones are open. Sometime people don’t know who is next in line and/or people will jump the line. On busy nights it’s straight chaotic. Solutions are so easy!

Good for ice cream only vanilla. Only food was hot dogs
