  Every time I order 25 donut holes and specify two specific varieties, I end up getting a mix of 4 different varieties, the other two being gross and I end up throwing away. What is so friggin' difficult of filling an order as specified? It was clearly stated on the sales slip taped to the box. STAY AWAY, STAY VERY FAR AWAY.

  Long time customer who has had my order wrong most times I go. From no sweetener and too much cream too no cream or sweetener. Always ask for the bagel toasted dark, never seems to be touched. I have them one last shot after construction hoping maybe the hired a few more competent workers. Nope, coffee was cold and bagel was the same. Cold. Thanks but no thanks.

  Went many times and the rudeness of the drive-thru people especially the last 3 months been terrible. There should be no reason i have dashcam footage of me repeatedly asking for my correct drink and also different treatment and service for when my fiance drives the same car. I will be sending this to corporate since its okay to give people completely wrongs orders and wave them off. Happened today between 11-11:30am. At minimal give people the correct order and this wouldnt be happening

  Put an order in on the app at 5:30. Got there 10 minutes later and no one was there. Drove up at 6 and still nothing. Came back at 6:15 and finally got my food but got one wrong item, had an item missing, and no napkins. Go somewhere else.

  Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in my area. Girl took my order, I paid for it and never got my order. I had to ask another employee. Every time I’m in there the service is slow, talking and laughing among themselves. When I complained about the decaf being weak, the employee said that’s how they make it. NO taste to the coffee. 😡 about the decaf coffee the employee told me that that’s how they make it very weakly
