  One of the dirtier locations I’ve been in, I’m surprised for Westchester. Also had to pay extra for “double servings” of rice and chicken because one serving of each wasn’t even a full scoop of their spoons. Also asked for three sides of sour cream and the cups were maybe half full. I should’ve asked for four this way I could’ve scooped them together and had two sides of sour cream. I used to really enjoy chipotle and now it seems like nobody can cook right or serve you proper portions.

  The employees were miserable when I went into the location. I simply requested a place an order, and the portion sizes were completely lacking. My bowl wasn’t even full in the slightest and the employees could not care less!!! Do not come to this chipotle they don’t care. They also were so loud in everything they were doing, you could barely hear myself or the workers

  I'm writing this because I'm unable to reply directly to Adam Baskin's review. I was actually present during the time being described, and my experience and observations were very different. I visit this location often, and the staff particularly the young women working are consistently friendly and attentive. During that specific time, one employee was actively and politely taking the group's order, while another was completing a separate task that appeared to be part of her assigned duties. The delay did not come from staff ignoring customers. The group being referenced seemed unsure of what they wanted and there was visible confusion about who was ordering and paying, which naturally slowed things down. Despite this, the employee remained patient, professional, and even acknowledged waiting delivery drivers with a smile while continuing to assist the group. From what I observed, there was no intentional disregard for customers. Situations can sometimes be perceived differently, but it's important that reviews reflect what actually occurred. In this case, the service was respectful, and the delay was largely due to uncertainty within the group not a lack of effort from the staff.

  My daughter recently went to the Chipotle in Turner Square in West Chester with a group of her college friends, and their experience was extremely disappointing. When they arrived around 9:00 PM, even though the restaurant does not close until 11:00 PM, the staff ignored them for the first several minutes and seemed unwilling to serve them. It appeared that employees were pretending to clean up early to avoid taking their order. What made the situation worse was that cleaning spray was being used near the food preparation area while customers were still trying to order. That is not only inappropriate, but concerning. On top of that, one staff member was more focused on flirting with a young man than doing their job. The whole interaction felt careless, dismissive, and disrespectful. It is hard to believe a business would allow that kind of behavior, especially at a location serving college students and families

  I arrived at this location at 10:00 PM, and the posted closing time is 11:00 PM. When I requested white rice, the young lady working told me they were out and that I would have to get brown rice instead. When I asked to speak with a manager, white rice suddenly “appeared.” However, instead of preparing it the normal way, she was about to serve plain rice without mixing in the cilantro and other ingredients, which is how it is typically prepared. When I politely asked if they could mix the rice as usual, I was met with an eye roll and lip smack, which was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the counter area was very dirty, and most of the employees had an attitude, with the exception of one gentleman who seemed to be the only person trying to provide decent service. The night crew on 3/14 around 10 PM clearly needs customer service training, or management should consider staffing employees who actually want to work and treat customers respectfully. The young lady working at that time was very rude, and the overall experience was disappointing.
