  Just tried calling them to right their mistakes on telling my dasher I didn’t order a drink when he tried asking for one and look at this “toasted” chicken & bacon ranch sub don’t it look a lil pale? Not to mention the man on the other line decided to hang up on me twice instead of even TRYING to apologize and tried blaming it on the dasher so a missing drink,soggy sub, and menopause-ing man to deal with I see why it ain’t even 4 stars 😂😂🙏🏼

  There is a female that works here that was very rude and insulting and dropping the F word at customer when he walked away the worker is about 5’5”/5’6, white, no name tag, short dark blonde hair, glasses. Very unprofessional and ignorant. Did it right in front of other customers and the camera. talking to her other coworker about it this was on 02/19/2026 at 7:30pm.

  Sam is amazing there I have a mother that is up there in age she cut the hard ends off for her and even cut in smaller pieces so I didn’t have to she is so kind and so friendly. Thank you Sam I was having a bad day and u just made it better. This place needs to recognize her and do what you gotta do to keep her!
