- KFKatie FisherJun 5, 20251.0My family and I went here after doing our grocery shopping. There was a girl cleaning the floors when we went in, we asked if they were closed and she said they closed at 8pm. So we proceeded to go in, the girl went to the back and we waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to come out to serve us. It was a different girl, she was very flat, not polite, seemed very miserable. She made our sandwiches, checked us out. As she was making our sandwiches, she noticed my husband and toddler sitting at one of the tables. So when we checked out she then said “our lobby closes in 10 minutes.” With over an hour left before 8pm, we were surprised their seating area was closing. We decided to just take our food home and eat it once we got home, she then didn’t even offer a bag or anything for our sandwiches. Very unsatisfactory customer service going on here. Go to the Subway across town, it is 1000x better with better service!
