  My family and I went here after doing our grocery shopping. There was a girl cleaning the floors when we went in, we asked if they were closed and she said they closed at 8pm. So we proceeded to go in, the girl went to the back and we waited at least 10 minutes for anyone to come out to serve us. It was a different girl, she was very flat, not polite, seemed very miserable. She made our sandwiches, checked us out. As she was making our sandwiches, she noticed my husband and toddler sitting at one of the tables. So when we checked out she then said “our lobby closes in 10 minutes.” With over an hour left before 8pm, we were surprised their seating area was closing. We decided to just take our food home and eat it once we got home, she then didn’t even offer a bag or anything for our sandwiches. Very unsatisfactory customer service going on here. Go to the Subway across town, it is 1000x better with better service!

  Depressing place. The employees were indifferent and bored. Lots of eye rolls and big sighs when we asked for anything out of the ordinary, like a toasted sub?? Got a dirty look when I added a drink to my order. I was going to add another sub for my mom at home, but then figured they'd spit in it or something for making them do more work, so forget it. Who is the manager there? Do they know what's going on there?

  The workers were extremely disrespectful and rude. The older lady acted like she was top shit and spoke in a very rude manner and made the food sloppy and broken apart. Very disappointed

  Very good food, well run, clean place. I always get exactly what I want, much quicker than any other fast food place in the area. Love it!
