  On 3/27/26 I went through the drivethrough at 9:48pm. The lady that took my order at the drive thru had such poor customer service and was just overall rude.

  Placed an order online nothing was delivered a specified from removing mayonnaise which was oversaturated the seal on the frosty was already broken, which is a food safety concern to not receiving any lettuce on the sandwiches, received no sauces but was charged for them and when you called to try to settle the situation it goes right to voicemail which makes no sense over and over again. We will never order from here again and next time I will give my money to Burger King. This seems to be a universal problem with ordering out food I can’t think of the last time I ordered food from a place where I’ve actually got it right the first time if I could give zero stars I would.

  Great staff and there was a minor issue that I had to fix and when I explained myself to the manager it was fixed with out any issues. The team in this wendys serve the community not only with the food we order but with repect,care,and most of all with a family drive. I want to say to all the wendys employees in waynesboro by hands down you are the best wendys I have ever been to and that goes for all of pa,maryland,west virgina and virgina and new york. Great job u are the best!!!!! No body does it better than you guys

  I was going through the drive thru and the kid speaking to me was very rude and acting very annoyed and when i pulled to the window he was laughing in my face and being very disrespectful and constantly yelling at other staff members. His name tag said zack.
