- MBM B1 day ago5.0This was my first time shopping at a Martins. I live in Florida so we don’t have Martins. Very clean store and pleasant experience. I couldn’t find an item and there was a gentleman by the name of Dion that was very kind and went and got the item for me. We don’t get that treatment at Walmart so that was very nice. Quality customer service is very important to me. It would be nice to have a Martins in Clearwater, Fl. I look forward to my next visit. This will definitely be the store I go to.

She has repeatedly asked for my phone number, which is completely inappropriate in a professional setting. On top of that, when she sees me, she says “yoohoo” in a flirty way, which makes the situation even more awkward. I just want to shop without feeling uneasy or put on the spot. This behavior has made me avoid coming in as often as I used to. Management really needs to address this and ensure customers feel comfortable and respected.
