  This review has nothing to do with the smoothies themselves. I’m a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe and have tried almost every smoothie over the past two years. I’ve consistently had great experiences with the taste and quality of the smoothies. I did try the food once and didn’t care for it, so I usually stick to smoothies. However, this review is about customer service regarding a visit in February. I never received my order because the location was unable to open on time due to staff not being able to get there. As a result, my order had to be canceled. Since then, I have not received a refund. I’ve called the location, gone there in person, and reached out to customer service online multiple times, but I still have not gotten a response or resolution. This is not good business practice. I was charged for an order that was never received. I hope Tropical Smoothie Cafe will address this issue and do better moving forward.

  Came as new person never tried anything from the company but from the great experience from store manager and his team been coming back ever since worth trying out

  We love this place always quick and many options. The sandwich is delicious and new options .
