The way he talks to his staff is completely unprofessional! Asked for a water cup, got one. And the manager ripped the associate for it, yelling at him, telling him how much money he cost “him” so on and so forth. Also making the statement “customers pay for everything (including water)”. Water cups or no water cups, policy changes or no policy changes. This manager is the problem not anything else.

The condiments for the burgers are very good. The drink machines have a good mix. If you like smash burgers this is the five guys for you.
