    This location is filthy. In their defense almost every Chipotle in PA is an absolute mess. Food all over the tables and floors. They only had warm bottles of water for some reason. They gave me a cup to get water at the soda machine… no ice in the machine. Food in the trays that they serve from looked old and crusty. Server did not speak English she could only get the food in the bowl by pointing. Why did I eat here? I’m on a keto diet and it’s difficult to find high protein bowls like what they serve when on the road. But after many horrendous experiences with this brand I think it’s time to move on and not give any location the benefit of the doubt. This used to be a stellar place to grab fast food, but their employees seem to lack management and leadership.

    This Chipotle is one of the cleanest I’ve been to! Clean tables, clean floors, and no overflowing trash cans. Erick and the team provided outstanding customer service—friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend this location!

    Filthy! And last night 2 staff standing and texting instead of cleaning tables. If dining area is filthy cannot imagine back food prep area .

    This has to be the worst chipotle — each time I decide to give it another try I remember why it’s terrible. Tonight they were out of every protein and said it would be a 30 minute wait for anything. There are at least 10 people working at all times but they mostly just talk to each other and are always running behind. It was so rowdy behind the counter tonight that I thought ‘who is in charge of this place?’ and thought surely someone would intervene. There is absolutely no order or professionalism. It’s a zoo. The beverage station is just sad and there is never any ice. I’m baffled that this location is still open. Stay away or visit the chic fila next door :)
