  I’ve been to a few different chipotle locations and this is by far the worst. It’s a shame because this location is the closest to my house and I go there all the time. But I’ll start going someplace else. This one is dirty, service is bad. People working there do not seem to have a minimum sense of customer service. Today was the worst. Tried to order online and they didn’t have chicken or tortillas ! Unbelievable. On the flip side the Chipotle on Swedesford road just a few miles away is amazing, people there really care and the place is clean, food is good. Chipotle corporate please do a better job in driving consistency across the stores. A mystery shopper program would give you a lot of insight on why this location is bad.

  This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I have been twice and have has the same experience. They are out of key ingredients and the rice was hard/undercooked. They were also out of forks and napkins. Every table was dirty and the trash was stacked sky high. I do not recommend. Management needs to do a check up on this store and enforce stricter requirements.

  Extremely disappointed — both of my Chipotle bowls had raw, uncooked rice. I couldn’t eat either of them and had to throw everything away. That’s two full meals wasted. Quality control seriously needs attention.

  This place is terrible. I walked around for 15 minutes to place my order. I'm waiting. And no one gives me anything. This place is disgusting. Their hair is uncovered, there's garbage all around, five people are standing there, and they don't want to work. I've been standing there waiting for my order for 15 minutes and nothing happens. This place is terrible, don't go there. It smells bad and is dirty. It's unsanitary and the service is terrible.

  This is the absolute worst Chipotle location! The beef jerky like meat they gave us in this pictured bowl is supposed to be the “tender” carne asada. I can’t believe anyone looking at this meat would think it was ok to serve. We have been to this location multiple times and it is always a disaster. I usually do mobile ordering so don’t realize the order is wrong until I get home. Every single time, they are out of fajita veggies and twice they were out of cheese. Maybe make more if this continues to happen? And, we are not going in there late, this is at 5/5:30. One time when they were out of the cheese, customers were getting mad and the poor employees were so stressed out. Then the manager came out and started cursing and screaming at the employees. It was so embarrassing for them and uncomfortable for all the customers. My kids love Chipotle and this is our most convenient location so we keep giving them another chance, but that’s was the last time for me.
