No cheese — I asked if they had any and he just nodded no. When it was time to pay, he left the bowl at the register with no words exchanged. About five minutes later, someone came from the back and asked him why he didn’t ring me up, and he answered, “I don’t know how.” They went back and forth about who would ring me up. I asked what time they closed and they said 10 pm. This was at 7:15 pm.

It's usually things like a missing bag of chips, a missing side order of guacamole, but today tops them all. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra carne asada, so it certainly was expensive enough... I get home, and there's zero meat in there. They totally forgot it. Complete lack of quality control. Unless you want to open your take-out order in the store before you leave with it, I suggest never using these guys for an online order. I know I'm done with that.

Bowls are frequently under portioned (especially with mobile orders). One time i received gauc in a container that was half filled and had a whole avocado pit in it. Employees are generally very nice, just everything else is awful (ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO OTHER LOCATIONS) No other location is having trouble keeping multiple food items on hand and ready. Small lapses can be expected, but having no white rice and only barbacoa and carnitas with no other meats is WILD. There have been problems at this location that I keep expecting to get solved......but then i go back and its the same. I love chipotle though and hope this place turns things around.
