What I will point out is the lack of maintaining the cleanliness of this restaurant by the personnel on duty that night (an hour before its closing). I counted about eight staff who are on duty, they're chatting when there's no customer to attend to and yet the trash has piled up on the available two trash bins. It looks like someone ate half before it reached me. At this point, do I need to record the scooping process to get a full serving? Service didn’t help the experience either. No greeting, no conversation, no thank you from the guy server or gal working the register. Strong customer service usually starts at the top, so let’s hope management can step up here. Chipotle, you can do better.
