- KSKennedi SullivanApr 1, 20261.0I placed an order (#8549) at 9:51 AM and received it at 10:08 AM. Unfortunately, the sandwich was missing cheese, which I had specifically requested. When I asked for the sandwich to be remade, the staff responded with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Additionally, when I requested a refund, there was noticeable reluctance to accommodate my request. Overall, the customer service I experienced was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. Due to this experience, I do not plan to return.
- AMArielle MimsMar 25, 20261.0This store is possibly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever had to interact with. With its location you’d think it’s so convenient, but it’s quite the opposite. They never update their options on their app so right when you think you’re going to get your favorite donut, surprise it’s out of stock! Today they only had glaze donuts at 8:00 in the morning. What time do I have to come to get literally any other option then? I was told I wasn’t able to get refunded in cash, which I was able to get before at the SAME location when paying with the SAME debit card. The store manager was very rude about the whole situation to my mother and I. The donuts are also stale most of the time and not worth the effort it takes to get there, but hey they do the job I guess. Overall try to avoid this location if you can and only use when you need any form of sustenance like I do.
