More than once curbside has taken 20+ minutes for simple orders. Last time it don’t come after 25 minutes, saw employee outside fighting two people, no way to cancel order from the app.

- TStammy smithApr 12, 20262.0This is one of my favorite Chicfila locations to go, however, last night when I went in, the location was absolutely disgusting. Floors dirty with black shoe marks and sauces. There was a fly infestation and they were all over the walls and flying around as we tried to eat. The tables hadn’t been wiped down so there was wetness on the seats and the tables themselves. Overall, this Chicfila was DIRTY. Need an exterminator to take care of the fly infestation as I’m sure there’s probably flies in peoples food. Floors need to be wiped and cleaned regularly and daily, multiple times if it means keeping sauces and black shoe marks away. Lastly, tables need to be wiped down regularly. I hate to leave a review like this but I was repulsed after visiting last night and won’t be going back because it was filthy inside.
