- MHMelissa HarrisNov 1, 20252.0Ordered 4 subs and the girl made them all together rather than one at a time. I specifically said what veggies I wanted on the ham, combo and then the turkey and ham sub. I also told her which subs were to be toasted. 3 subs had incorrect veggies and some were toasted that should not have been and ones that were to be toasted were not. I called to let them know and the response I got was 'we just did what we were told'. If you did my subs would be correct. I guess I should have watched more closely but when I say the ham I want lettuce, pickles and chipotle I should have made sure she was putting that on the ham and not the turkey and ham sub. But $40 later 3 out if 4 subs WRONG. Next time maybe make the subs one at a time rather than all together going back and forth between subs because that's how it got screwed up. And if I got a response of 'i apologize for the mix up' rather than ' we just did what we were told' maybe I wouldn't be writing this review.
