  I wish I could give it a zero stars! Horrible experience at Dunkin last night 2/20 around 7:40pm. The customer service was beyond disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. The staff displayed a rude and condescending attitude from the start, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. In particular, one female employee( heavy set, curly hair) working behind the counter was especially unprofessional and what seemed prejudice! The contrast in treatment raised serious concerns about potential bias and lack of inclusive customer service. Instead of assisting customers, she stood there bothered and stared without greeting so I was unsure whether I could step forward to order. When I asked to order a dozen she looked and me and said well do you want me to pick them for you or what?! I was shocked! She then proceeded to speak and laugh with a male kneeling down by the donuts. Being laughed at as a customer is humiliating and completely unacceptable behavior in any customer service setting especially when I showed kindness. Because of how uncomfortable the situation became, I chose to leave without ordering anything. As I walked away, she proceeded to tell the same male employee, (small frame young male) and they both laughed, which only reinforced how disrespectful and unprofessional the interaction was. The overall interaction felt dismissive and prejudiced, and the tone used was unnecessarily rude and belittling. No customer should feel mocked when simply trying to place an order. Unfortunately I experienced and also witnessed the same treatment to other customers of different ethnicity! So it’s definitely their choice of treatment in this location if you’re not a white folk! Definitely not an inclusive/diverse friendly place to come and spend your money! This establishment clearly lacks professionalism, basic courtesy, and customer respect. I will not be returning and will be filing a formal complaint regarding this experience.

  2/6/26 1:45am night gal makes a better and faster coffee than any dunkin I’ve been to in the last few months. Was surprised they were even open this late. 👍

  Just be aware, when you order less ice they don’t really pay attention to that. I ordered an iced latte with less ice and the cup had more ice than anything. When asked they said it was correct but that seems hard to believe. Starbucks at this location was so much better.

  Update your store hours!!! If it says that you're open 24hrs, then I expect you to be open at 3:00am in the morning!!!!
