  Can not get orders right made it home half my order is missing. Should not have to check orders to make sure someone does there job right

  My boyfriend and I just DoorDashed from here. The food got here and 6 items… 5 of the 6 items were ice cold. And they couldn’t even of been bothered to put straws in the damn bag. Which the straws ain’t a huge deal but yall sending out COLD food to people. And that’s unacceptable. If people are paying money for this shit it doesn’t need to be cold. I get it gets busy and sometimes short staffed but cold food.. there is no excuse. So save yalls time and go to the other Wendy’s or go somewhere else

  These guys are slow in every sense of the word so hopefully you aren’t too hungry when you pull into the drive thru. Food is always cold and it is wrong 70% of the time. It seems that it is a prerequisite to be neurodivergent to work at this location.

  Me and my bf decided to go through the drive thru after checking out the mall nearby. I was the only one getting food, I got a baconator and a cup of water. The total was $8.15. I only have $1 bills from working and those were my tips. I had $11 total, I gave the lady at the window $9. Now I triple check I counted $9 before I even got to the window. The lady takes the money and closes the window for a minute. We are waiting for our change, all of the sudden she says “ok you can pull up” so we pull up to the next window. Then I realize I never got my change, you know the 75¢. I don’t care if I sound stingy but I need quarters to park for work sometimes. Then when I say something the other lady said I only handed $8.15 the first time then said I only gave her $8 the second and she had to “put 15¢ of her pocket change in for me”. No that’s not what I gave you, I don’t give coins to people in drive thru’s bc it’s a hassle. How about don’t pocket money that’s change for a customer and saying you spotted me the extra change. I appreciate getting a dollar back but still it’s kind of irritating.
