  I was in there and then not even 5 minutes after walking in I along with four other customers that were in the store got locked in because one of the workers had there I want to say two or three year old child there running in and out of the kitchen very unprofessional and she needs to be fired

  Their drive through always has a traffic cone blocking it! There are people that would appreciate using the drive through during lunch hour instead of waiting in line inside! I avoid this subway because their workers do not take drive through orders!

  Tried to place a mobile order for Jefferson Ave location because there is 2 foot long for $7 each promo in the app. First time I tried I received an error stating “we’re having trouble processing your order, please try again.” Do the same thing and receive same message. Wouldn’t be a big deal (maybe app down etc) until I see my bank account charged twice later in the evening. No email/text/or even order history in the app stating that I was charged/order went through. Will be disputing these charges and steering clear of this location. Shady business practices, always short staffed, and food is mediocre at best. Horrible experience.

  I usually don’t have issues but tonight was just terrible. I worked a 12 hour shift to come in and eat and there’s 1 staff making sandwiches and 2 people in the back. Well I come in and the lady is yelling at this guy being very rude and disrespectful mind you because “she just made 8 sandwiches and needs to make 3 online orders so he needs to wait about 20 minutes before she even gets to him” it was so rude, I understand what rush hour is like I’ve been there, but absolutely disrespectful to this poor guy I felt so bad for him. So I go home since we had to wait about half hour-45 minutes and our sandwiches were just thrown together. 2/27/26 at 6:50. I really hope this was just a bad day for the staff because I really enjoy my subway and don’t want this experience again.
