  A great bakery, despite the items being almost day old at 5:30 pm the same day. Got a provo-moz grilled cheese sandwich. Jintsy on the cheese...and not too hot...even though I watched it come out of the "microwave" oven. Tasted good....no yucky Yellow cheese....special order. Got muffin tops, all of them...somewhat stale...and one cherry danish. Love popping cherries....

  First of all I based my ratings on a comparison with the Panera of McMurray which I visited ion Thursday morning 3/26/26..Yesterday I just happened to be going to Sam’s Club of TrinityPointand stopped in at Panera of TrinityPoint… All I wanted was coffee. There was no HOT WATER CARAF at the coffee station and all three of the coffees were warm NOT HOT except for the LightBrew. I said something to the cashiertand by the way there were no other clients or staff at that time …so most likely had the time to go and get this corrected with one of the supervisors. She just smiled and sort of shrugged her shoulders seemingly not knowing what to do. I really like Panera and Panera COFFEE! I was surprised. The atmosphere didn’t seem welcoming and cheerful to me. When I went to the McMurray Panera the day before the cashier was smiling greeted me was so helpful and then out of the blue another employee showed up at her side asking if he could get anything else for me … all I wanted was coffee but ended up getting a Sour dough bowl… which was absolutely delicious … The atmosphere seemed welcoming cheerful and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN…. Not so at the Trinity Point store . I feel disappointed that I needed to comment or rate it this way because a few years back I worked at Panera in Washington. I absolutely LOVE PANERA I like all of their foods and breads and especially their coffee. In fact after the visit at the McMurray store I was considering applying there for a position, because I am semi retired and would really appreciate working at that particular Panera due to what I had experienced that day and also all of the observations of how well the staff treated all of the customers. AND ME 😊…AT THIS MCMURRAY STORE …. for what this is worth I am hoping this helps the Washington Panera. Be blessed and thank you.

  A clean comfortable dining area, good sandwich soups and bowls. Unlimited drinks and coffee.

  I had an order mix up and had to drive back to get the right sandwich. I just wanna say whoever checked me out (so upset I didn't get her name) is a great employee! Not only did she make it right she threw in treats for me and I didn't notice till I got home. Anyway just want to say you're a great employee and keep it up. Thank you!!
