  I didn’t realize it was a game of hide and seek? I placed my order on the app which I’m guessing meant come and find them cause after waiting 15 minutes at the drive through I decided to go up the window only to see the employees running away. on the bright side tho I saw a black haired girl with glasses looks like it’s her time to seek now , I’ll be hiding at another McDonald’s (A simple hey we are closed would’ve been better or maybe even gave me my refund it’s 11:30 u guys say open till 12) Date of occurrence:April 1st

  If I could give the night shift a big fat 0 I would I had ordered on the app mind you it says they close at 12am and it was 11pm and the lights were off and we come up and the lady is yelling at us and saying they are closed and we are trying to tell them we had placed a order and they leave us out in this rain for about 20 minutes and then the one lady comes up to us and tells us to go through McDonalds website to issue a refund when first off they shouldn’t have been closed I understand you have to do your night work but you should never tell a customer you’re closed and it’s not even close to 12 yet like you are making the business look bad as well as the yelling and the leaving us out there would you like that to happen to you no I don’t think so and this is how you treat customer I don’t think I’ll be ordering there at night ever again.

  Placed my order online, went to pick it up and was given two medium frappe that were supposed to be large, told the person who delivered my order to my car, but she argued that I ordered mediums, I looked at my order and I did order large, but she had already took off in the store, so I brought both frappes back into restaurant and waited for over 15 minutes at the front counter and not one person came up front, they all stayed in the back. So I just left without any help. McDonald's really need to screen the caliber of people they hire, at least hire ones that can read a simple order. I wasn't the only one either that left without any assistance from anybody.

  If I had only one day to live, I would be sure to stop at this drive-thru because it takes absolutely forever. Really though, the joke is on me. Why I end up there was a poor life choice in the first place.
