  I’m very disappointed with this visit. I stopped by for a quick meal, but instead got dried-out nuggets and a burger that was so stale it was almost hard as a rock in some parts. With such a high flow of customers and a wait time of nearly 20 minutes, I honestly don’t understand how this could happen — the food should have been fresh. This is unacceptable for a place like this. I hope you pay more attention to food quality and preparation control.

  Turn off their app at rush times so I couldn't get the Penguins deal, and this was multiple days this week. Really terrible service, borderline false advertising

  I would love to say after the other McDonalds on racetrack road yelled at us and screamed. She was very polite I liked the way she helped us and she understood will say very polite will be going here in the future

  Most of the time the order will be wrong. They will never make it right. Take it back they just won't fix it. I did not order on the app. I got a app order they still would not make it right. Customer service is very bad so that is poor management.

  This is the friendliest, cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in!! Thank you all, it’s such a relief to visit an establishment like this now and days!
