  Totally avoid this location .Ordered food at around 9:45 on Feb 16 .Person extremely rude while taking order , dont wanna listen .Order all wrong , keep on saying " I heard u " but nothing done as asked .1. instead of fire sauce all Diablo/ hot sauce .When I said I asked for fire -Literally threw 2 packets on my face in car.Not ready to write instructions and hence all order was wrong ( asked beans but all contained beef ) .Literally shouted on me when I said order is wrong . Worst taco bell experience in many days .Bathroom had no soap at all , some kind of dirty stuff was all over restroom .

  My husband was here less than 20 minutes ago. Today is December 11th 2025. My husband is already thousands of miles away from home. Not having a good time went through the drive through line. And if I hadn't been on the phone with him, I probably wouldn't believe it myself, but the disrespect that he received and the total talking down to like, he was a toddler was unbelievable. They treated him like he was garbage. I am sorry if you're working in this kind of industry you do not treat your customers this way. He was not being rude in any way. Whatsoever and I have the recording of the phone conversation. If somebody would like to listen to It in contrast Predict me along with the receipt and the order number I'd suggest not visiting this establishment. If you wanted to be treated like a human, because that's all he was trying to do. Was treat somebody working with common decency and got treated like garbage and return. He's worried that he had to wait for his food. So there might be spit in it now because of how disrespectful these people were towards him, But hey you got your $25 and treated a kind hearted man thats been working outside in horrible weather all day like trash cause you were having a bad day. Guess what we all do but we still have manners!
