Kristen that got moved from bethel to mcmurray is amazing but unfortunately If she’s not there, I can’t asure my coffee will be made right. But this is the ONLY Dunkin that makes my coffee right no matter who makes it. Crystal is always sure I’m taken care of. Thank you for making my day so much better. Crystal and her crew are truly awesome!

My COMPLAINT IS: The young guy who waited on me wore plastic gloves, great if used properly. He took my cash with the gloves on, counted out my change with gloves on, even broke a new roll of coins with those gloves, then grabbed my donuts with those filthy gloves. I wish I said something, but that is highly unsanitary and so disgusting! 🤢
