Down to white rice. On top of that they run out of change quite often as well. I paid $20 for a $13 burrito because I only had cash on me. Unacceptable in my opinion. One good thing is the staff is kind and try to be accommodating with the lack of resources they are given. Happy with the staff. Overall terrible experience.

Both of our proteins must have been the bottom of the container because it was all the worst bits. Chips are always stale, and I mean every single time. We now drive 10 minutes up the road to go to a much better one

Didn’t give us a receipt. Should have gotten guacamole with the veggie bowl and it didn’t come with any. They were out of chicken. Rice wasn’t fully cooked. This location is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s ok but most of the time it’s not.

I’m assuming from the tomatoe juice which should be drained out with the spoon before putting in the bowl. As far as the steak it was so nasty we couldn’t even eat it. I understand it’s not possible to get all the fat cleaned off but when they have a piece of steak that is 6 in. Long that looks like it’s been chewed up and spit back out they SHOULD NOT put that into someone’s food!! It’s obviously nothing but FAT! Maybe my standards are higher than the teenagers working for chipotle but I would NEVER serve somebody that!
