  Employees were kind and helpful. Have to set aside dedicated 7brew time to go here because wait is at least 30-40 minutes (at least every time I’ve gone).

  I got hot cinnamon roll,with 5 shots of espresso,just soooooo good,my daughter gets the 7 energy with strawberry, coconut,extra coconut,and cold foam, always good, pretty quick, atmosphere,it's outside,

  My coffee is terrible. I'd rather call the store than to leave a review, but the number listed isn't even for this location. I've been waiting to try the German Chocolate latte, but it tasted burnt and I couldn't drink it. I honestly just wanted to see if I could get a replacement, but you can't even do that. The staff was nice, but I honestly wouldn't recommend and I don't understand the hype.

  Really need to figure out a better system for living people through the line. I waited 20 minutes, barely moving. They walked my drink out to me and then I waited another 20 + minutes to get through the line. Multiple cars stuck in line received their orders, while the ones in front waited and blocked the exit for those who received theirs. Very poor management of the drive thru.

  I just tried 7brew for the first time this afternoon with my sister. My sister wanted to save her drink for the next morning, so she ordered it without ice as to not water it down. There are already no prices listed anywhere, but she was NEVER informed that there would be a $3 upcharge for no ice!!!! Thats half a drink. We never saw any prices, just a total of $19.02 for 2 drinks, and were not informed at all how much more it would be to have no ice. One employee came out AFTER we paid and were waiting, to double check if she wanted light ice or no ice, when she said "no ice" again, and still hadn't mentioned the price. We asked for a receipt when we received our drinks and it wasn't until then that we realized why it was so expensive! We told the employee at the checkout that they should tell people that when they order and she didn't seem to even realize the issue. We were order #14003150 at 3:57 and it was Evie that took our order. Our drinks were good but we were just very upset by that.
