  Super busy but we did mobile drive through and it was surprisingly quick! Everything was done correctly, all sauces and utensils/straws were in the bag! (Rare to find these days)!

  This was my first time ever eating at Chick-fil-A. I had heard people love the food, so I wanted to try it. At the drive-through, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, a side salad, and a lemonade. I did not get the waffle fries, but I wasn’t charged for them, either, so I guess that’s a wash. The sandwich was ok but nothing special. The side salad consisted of lettuce, a few shreds of cheese, and two cherry tomatoes. I was not given a knife and fork to eat it with, and there was a dead bug in it, so I didn’t eat it. The lemonade was good. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I’m confused why people love this place so much. I’m out $12.93 and I’m still hungry.

  I decided to go to Chick-fil-A this evening for dinner. I was Immediately greeted and selected my order. I chose the spicy chicken wrap with the avocado sauce with fries and a coke. Needless to say when I got back with the goods that the bag felt relatively light. I pulled out the chicken wrap and fries and noticed that the wrap looked very small in size. Upon digging into the wrap, I noticed that it had very little flavor, especially without the avocado sauce that I paid for and didn't receive. So I decided to open up the wrap to see just how much chicken was actually in it... To my surprise, there may have been about a teaspoon of chicken and cheese per half of wrap. It's a good thing I ordered a large fry to curb my appetite. What an absolute disappointment and waste of $14.00!!! DO NOT buy this unless you are only in the mood for a plain wrap. It totally sucked! These people should be ashamed of themselves for charging so much for so very little. I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in probably a year, and now it looks as if I will not be going back. Thanks for nothing!!

  They cancel your order before 10:30 btw. Arrived at 10:28 but when I tried to put I arrived they cancelled my entire order. Imagine not being able to even make fast food… it’s in your careers name “fast” tired of these places hiring people that definitely needa be away from the food..

  Food is great. People great. Whoever decided to split the lanes into mobile and drive thru. GET DEMOTED! WHAT A STUPID IDEA. Is this corporates way of forcing customers to download the app and use mobile? Guess what, most of your customers here don't use mobile. Good for Dashers. Sure. But if you are just trying to order and get out, it sucks. Wait is terrible. Traffic is terrible. Everyone is pissed at each other. If you are not eating here, you are stuck in traffic. If you are eating here, traffic is mad at you. It's not the staffs fault. But people will take it out on staff. So think of something better and fast.
