The Washington Crossing, PA location is hands down the only Dunkin’ that consistently gets my shaken espresso order perfect every single time. They actually listen, they care, and they always get it right, which feels rare these days. I live in New Jersey and I literally drive across the Titusville Bridge just to come to this Dunkin’ because I know my coffee will be made correctly. That says everything. A huge thank you to the entire team, you are truly appreciated.🧡
- PIPewfect ionOct 1, 20251.0The employees were gossiping and finished their gossip before starting on my food, the bagel was barely toasted, they asked me multiple times what I had ordered and one of the male employees working today 10/1/25 at 3:10 pm put the food in the bag without any gloves on and never washed his hands prior. Disgusting to see this and I threw the bagel out, no response from him either after I said have a good one. Just a cold, dead stare. Such a sad experience this time, most likely will not be coming back. Fix this please.

So glad Dunkin For years I went to a local deli/food store about 30 seconds from this place for coffee, etc. But woman there ( related to the owner) is just darn mean. So I switched to Dunkin Washington Crossing and it's a pleasure. 4-5 mornings per week I;m here, staff I wonderful and I see them interacting nicely with many regulars just like myself. Keep up the good work
