  Love the burgers here. But especially want to call out that the staff here is extremely nice and friendly. Love the spicy deluxe and fries. Ample Parking.

  Daughter o rdered on cell a tray of nuggets, gal of lemonade. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my p/u time I asked for 2 additional sandwiches. They cheerfully got it all together and helped me to car right on time. Tasted great!

  I was traveling from out of state (Tennessee) and stopped at this Chick-fil-A, and I can honestly say this is the best location I’ve ever been to. The customer service was absolutely on point—every question I had was answered clearly and kindly. For what some might consider a “fast food” restaurant, this was genuinely an exceptional experience with top-tier hospitality. I also want to specifically recognize Christa. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she serves—it didn’t feel forced at all. Even as someone in a higher position, she went above and beyond, which really stood out to me. In my opinion, she deserves a raise—but of course, that’s up to Chick-fil-A. Thank you, Christa, for making my experience so great, and thank you to the entire Chick-fil-A team!

  I came through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A around 7:30 p.m., and it was extremely busy. There were two employees outside taking orders, a boy and a girl, and they were moving pretty quickly considering how many cars were in line. I only waited about two minutes before someone came to take my order. The girl who helped me, Kenzie, was very respectful, polite, and patient. We actually ended up having a short conversation that ended with both of us laughing, which I appreciated since it was such a hectic time. At the same time, the boy next to her was also taking an order from another car. While this was happening, a manager came outside and started yelling at them very aggressively. It was loud enough that both I and the other customer nearby heard it clearly. I even joked to Kenzie that her manager seemed really angry. You could tell she was stressed, but she handled it professionally and didn’t say anything negative. All she said was that everyone was just a little overwhelmed at the moment, although I’m not sure if that was the real reason or if this is something that happens often. You could tell both employees were very young, and knowing that Chick-fil-A hires starting at 14 years old made the situation even more surprising to see. Kenzie never actually confirmed that the person yelling was the manager, but when I mentioned it she didn’t correct me, so I’m assuming that’s who it was. Despite that situation, the overall service was still very fast considering how busy it was and how late in the evening it was. The food was also great. I was just caught off guard by how the employees were spoken to in front of customers, because that felt really unprofessional and they shouldn’t have to deal with that while they’re just trying to do their jobs.
