  I went in on 2 separate occasions, I was called fat by the head manager William Montgomery for ordering $90 in food for a family of 5. That was the 2nd time. First time was an order of about $58.00 this was the first occasion. Just recently I tried to apply at the Warren, Pennsylvania, Taco Bell I was told to call the manager. So I called him and hopes that I was gonna be able to get a job, but to be Told he couldn’t hire me because I would remind him on a daily of my child’s mom and MY CHILD!! He was literally bawling his eyes out on the phone. Not to Mention they all stand right in the back doorway, inside the building, smoking and vaping. Now if you ask me this is not a healthy manager status. I’ll be contacting corporate for sure.

  Hours need to be updated online and on the signs if you close at 12 instead of 1am. We showed up at 11:50 to order and there was one employee standing next to the open back door smoking next to his car and two more inside just standing at the front counter. We shut off the car to go in and they rushed to turn the lights off and lock the door.. The sign said open until 1am, we had over an hour until the store should’ve been closed.

  Ordered on the kiosk, waited 10 minutes and the order never even went through... .boy I really miss being able to communicate with a person when I'm ordering.

  Horrible customer service. The guy taking our order was rude and condescending.
