We proceeded to call them to tell them and the girl (Stacy) on the phone insisted they were both correct even though I was looking at the subs and they were both clearly wrong, along with that she just did not have a great attitude. We went back to get the right ones and after she realized they were in fact wrong she gave us a dirty look and went to go make the right ones. Overall she just had a bad attitude for no reason and it was the worst experience i’ve had here.

I drove from the country into Warren, PA to see if we could place the order in the restaurant. The staff assured me that I could get the same discount. I placed the order and when they rang it up there was no discount. They called the manager who informed me that there could be no discount. Sorry. I will NEVER order from Subway again and I hope others will take this warning and not expect any honesty or any level of customer service in Warren, PA
