    We are long time customers that will not be ordering here again. The food and service used to be decent 2-3 years ago. The food quality and the customer service has gotten worse and worse but has recently made a sharp decline. Normally over the past year or two they mess up one small thing every order like forgetting sauces or forgetting to put seasoning on orders. Tonight we ordered and they now use door dash for delivery which we aren't fans of but the delivery driver was not the problem. They had our delivery driver waiting for the food for about 45 minutes. We tried to cancel the order but they now use a call center instead of employees answering the phones ant the call center employee left us on hold for about 15 minutes before we got a notification that the food was on the way. The driver from door dash arrived and was very upset with that he had to deal with at the store. Nearly everything about our order was wrong except for two sauces that we ordered. Our pan pizza was supposed to be light sauce and extra cheese but it was extra sauce light cheese, our tavern pizza was just a regular thin crust with no seasoning even though we put a reminder to remember the seasoning, our cheese sticks were very burnt and looked disgusting, and our double order of bread sticks was not with our order. We tried calling but could only get in touch with the call center who could only offer the pizza hut corporate phone number. I drove to the Pizza Hut since they don't answer their phones and asked for a refund for the order with a receipt. They told me that they could not give refunds and only a regional manager could issue a refund. They offered to take the food and my receipt to set aside for a reginal manager to review tomorrow morning which I declined to do. She asked me "so you don't want a refund?" I said I would return with the food tomorrow when the regional manager would supposedly be there. I have worked at Pizza Hut in the past as well as other pizza chains and I have never heard of a regional manager being the only person that could issue refunds. I will be contacting my bank and I will be making a complaint to pizza hut corporate.

    Lost a customer forever. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I placed an order for a pizza, cinnamon rolls and a 4-pack of sodas. The pizza arrived cold, the Cinnabon mini rolls were a joke (they looked like something you would make in an easy bake oven) and to top it off, they delivered it through door dash (even though I ordered through the official pizza hut website) and they forgot my drinks. I called in to request a refund for the product I paid for but did not receive the I spoke with an extremely unprofessional representative named "Ty". Who told me that only a regional manager can issue a refund, so I would have to call back tomorrow. And then proceeded to hang up on me before I was able yo get the managers name whom I needed to speak with. He showed no concern for the situation nor held any responsibility for messing up my order. I'm officially done with Pizza Hut after this. For context: I live literally five or less traffic lights away from the restaurant.

    Ordered $70 worth of food with a 20% tip since it was superbowl Sunday. An hour and a half later door dash driver was still @ the store waiting for order. Pizza Hut tracker said delivery @ 5:30. Door dash tracker said 5:43. At 6:30 I called pizza hut was transferred to the store. Apparently all calls are answered by a call center who cant do anything but transfer to the store you called. Seems like a huge waste of money. First time sat on hold for 10 min. Hung up & called back sat on hold & was hung up on. Third time i called back was told the store is not taking calls & they could not cancel my order, the store had to. Was told it was not her problem it was my problem & I was hung up on. Tried to get in touch with door dash & have to pay $5 before they would help me. I didn't pay. I will never use pizza hut OR door dash again. Horrible horrible service. My last order with pizza hut 2 items were missing decided to try again. Pizza Hut in Warminster pa, DO BETTER! I'll never be back. I'll stick to the local pizza shop who delivers themselves, no 3rd party delivery. Now I have to call bank tomorrow to get my money back since no one at the store can take a phone call.
