I felt that the new people(I think it’s new owners or employees) are great and they’ve even called me to confirm if I made the right order.

Tonight we ordered and while we were looking at the Papa Track to see the status of our order it all the sudden said that it was picked up. We had not picked the order up and we wanted to cancel after seeing that it was already picked up by someone. We spent nearly half an hour trying to get a hold of someone at the store. When we finally got a hold of someone we were told that it was not possible for them to cancel the order because it was an online order and also because of how large our order was. We had even left and nearly $7 tip on this carryout order that was fraudulently "picked up". We will never order from the store again. If we ever happen to want Papa John's again we will drive out of our way to one of the other locations. We will be contacting our credit card company and reporting this charge as fraudulent. Update: We submitted a complaint to Papa Johns Corporate the night of the order. The website said that someone would reach out to us within 48 hours. It has now been 5 days since the order and we haven't heard back from anyone.
