- JJJusDec 31, 20251.0Service is garbage! On this good morning , Im coming in from a long drive out of town with my elder mother and a friend that works in the area. I’m not sure what the looks on all the females faces were about but it was disturbing! I said hello as I walked in, to the manager but it seemed as tho she choked as she responded to my goodmorning, we used the restroom and proceeded to order. I asked my mother to tell the young ladies what she wanted as I needed to grab my wallet from the car As I’m walking back in I see my mother being treated inappropriately no patience for an elder one young woman just kept repeating herself that my mother needs to order at the register but I’m already at the register to pay when she is finished ordering. I always come to this Dunkin’ Donuts and honestly I’m appalled from the moment I was getting out of my car I’m being stared at by the manager but not being greeted! If I’m walking into an establishment I should be greeted and the staff should be patient with any customers! TRASH TRASH TRASH CLEAN IT UP! Not for me but for the community I’ve never seen anyone else be treated the way my mother was treated. no one called out the order or faced the order so we could see what it was and I don’t believe out of all my years in the food industry is this behavior acceptable! Store located at 360 Jacksonville rd!

One employee spent the time rearranging coffee pots. Considering this location is next to a train station, that level of inattention is especially frustrating. I left without being served. I couldn’t give this location money even when I tried.
