When we walked in, the employee was eating his meal on the service line. Then while we were ordering, a customer came up and said there was no trash can in there and the employee told the guy to leave his trash on the counter (where food is served) and that they would take care of it. It was all used napkins and his half eaten food. While we were ordering there was also a girl scraping old food off the sides of the storage where the food is served and it was going all over place. So gross in there

Younger female wearing AirPod Maxs while working the line needs to get an ego check learn how to behave in a professional setting. I understand that everyone has a bad day but I’ve never experienced such attitude in a place of business. She then proceeded to pretend that Chipotle does not offer free water cups and charged me $6.50 for 2 water fountain cups…then half way into my meal I literally heard one or two of the employees screaming and hollering like kindergarteners. I don’t let many things bother me, but this was such a ridiculous experience that I had to follow up with a review in case the owner does not realize what’s going on in their business.

The place is in shambles, napkins used cups and sauces litter the fountain drink area, coke and Coke Zero are both empty. Every single table is filthy, forks and napkins tossed everywhere. I’d understand a lot more if they were super busy and couldn’t get to it, but I was the only one in there…. Pretty sad, I love chipotle, but I’d certainly steer clear of this location.
