  I’m not sure if the guy at the drive-thru was new but I had the WORST experience here yesterday. I was trying to tell him my order and he kept getting it wrong which I don’t have a problem with but he wasn’t listening to me when I went over it multiple times w him. So finally after 5 times of correcting him I was just over it and went to the window. He didn’t say hi, didn’t tell me my total and I handed him a $20 bill. I got no change which was weird because I do the same order everytime and I always get change. I brushed it off and went home. They forgot two of the three hash browns. So they took my money and forgot my order..this sucks because the women that work here do an incredible job and this man is ruining the reputation.

  Ordered a hot latte ( not hot) and a sandwich which wasn’t hot either - cheese wasn’t even melted. As I’m ordering what I hear out of the intercom is “you are some crazy mfrs” yup early in the am - very professional atmosphere. Not.

  Talk about AWFUL customer service!!! I went and ordered 10 munchkins and asked for glazed, chocolate and sprinkle. I get to the window and he's gave me all chocolate. I said I'm so sorry I asked for the 3 different kind. He's responds back " what?? What do you what? I don't understand" I repeated myself as I was unsure how else to explain it. That's when he rolled his eyes at me and called me stupid!! I couldn't believe it! My mom was in the car with me and we just looked at each other in shock. Of course it's impossible to report this behavior to any manager or customer service! This happened on the 18th of February around 11am if the manager cares to talk to the employee because woah! I guess I won't be going here anymore! How can you call a customer stupid!!! Even if I was wrong, just explain the situation to me nicely please.

  I ordered drive through a small mocha ice coffee and there is no mocha in it. In morning I never get a perfect coffee what I order but it evening the coffees are good.

  Stopped in for a coffee & snack. Was on the phone with a client so I sat down before ordering to finish a call. There are no other people sitting anywhere at the time. A staff member came over & started pushing the tables around me (very loudly) and sweeping directly toward me. Trying to assume he had a job to do, I moved across to another table at the other side of the building. He immediately followed me and began doing the same giving me glaring looks. Needless to say, I decided to leave and go to the Dunkin down the street where no one chased me away with a broom.
