My first time trying this local place. The chili was fantastic! I also bought the burger and fries, equally as good.

They have great pulled pork and brisket. The chili covered cornbread is amazing too. Cool little spot, they have live music on occasion too.

The brisket and wings are fantastic! It's all really good food, but if I'm going give me the wings and brisket. And the brussel sprouts.

Has an outdoor patio. In cold weather they put up clear vinyl panels. I ate the BBQ brisket sandwich with fries. Very tasty. They have a variety of beers. And, they have live music periodically. One star less because they were out of dessert.

Making people sick isn't something to ignore. We ordered half a chicken on Sunday10/5/25,please note, they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The pick up process that day was chaotic, the help was rude. The bartender felt it necessary to be rude and smug despite our food being clearly labeled. Within an hour I was sick and ended up all night with severe GI symptoms. By morning,my partner was violently ill as well and ended up with bruised ribs from vomiting so hard and she missed work on top of that. I emailed twice through the " Let us know how we did " platform and left 2 voicemails at the restaurant. Even when they are open, you cannot get a human on the phone. Very frustrating. They have chosen to ignore us. I have given them 4 chances over 12 days to respond in some way,but they continue not to care. Take your money? Sure. Talk to you about a problem? Not going to happen. The food here is not cheap and suspect that food on Sundays may be older, less fresh, considering they are closed the next two days. Clearing their food inventory at great risk to customers. This is dangerous, especially when dealing with Chicken. We are not unreasonable. Far from it. That's why we gave them almost 2 weeks to respond. It's now just simply unacceptable behavior. Since they don't seem to take health concerns seriously, the health department has been notified. This is not vengeful behavior, it is all about keeping others safe. We strongly caution others about eating here, especially the chicken.
