  Okay so I never make reviews like this just cause I know it can hurt the company but I need to make this i decided to go here and get a shake and I pay whatever and after I take a sip and I just get a shot of straight chocolate and what seems to be coke? Mind you i ordered a chocolate shake and the cup let alone was so dirty and gross and it just looked like they gave me a shake that had been sitting out for who knows how long I had to throw it out immediately Idk if imma get sick from this but I really hope I don’t I’m a very nice person so I didn’t do anything to set this person off idk what made them feel the need to give me a gross shake!

  Worst Arby’s ever order is always wrong I just threw away $10 worth of wrong fries. I should not have to check my order and complain every time I come here

  Food quality, speed and price were perfect. But drive thru guy was the best part. Actual service again! Finally! I feel like its been years since someone on a drive thru was polite and had a service oriented attitude. Ill def be back

  Store usually closed at least an hour before posted hours. Food quality extremely inconsistent. Ordered 2 peach cobble egg rolls and a single fry…. Waited a long time to get fresh egg rolls but fries that have been sitting for at least 30 minutes plus. Quality went down hill just before remodel and hasn’t yet recovered. Employees are nice but the food should match.

  I ordered a chicken wrap and it’s was raw and rubbery thankfully I didn’t get sick. Also it’s an older lady at the drive thru who is very rude. She constantly ask me to repeat myself and then proceed to yell. Horrible won’t ever go back.
