The manger named Angela made my drink. When I told her it was wrong she picked up with an attitude. Fixed it and put back on the counter still with an attitude. No eye contact or said a word. She went to make some more drinks. I was still waiting for my food when I seen Angela pick the inside of her ear with her nail and wipe on her shirt. Never washed her hands and then started cleaning the counter. I threw my drink in the trash. She needs to be retrained on customer service and cleanliness and bacteria. I will never be back to this location but will go to my home store

When I questioned the girl about it, she started rattling off the menu really fast. When I said, I can’t comprehend that. I need to see a menu. Kayla’s response was oh my God.
