  My mom was picking up an order and was asked to provide a name for pickup. She said, "Pick up for Tim," and the girl in pink shouted at my mother, "I don't understand you." "What's the name for the order?" This was such a disrespectful take on our Taco Bell experience. She had the nerve to say, "What is wrong with you?" We called at 7:00 pm to express our concerns, but the general manager did not respond. We heard laughter in the background and suggested we escalate the issue to corporate for resolution. When we asked for the name of the girl in the pink shirt who was being disrespectful, they refused to provide it.

  AI robot order taker at the drive through. Absolutely useless and a terrible way of doing business. Bring back people.
