  These employees are super rude, the customer service is very bad. They wouldn’t listen and kept laughing with each other after i said something. I high encourage the management’s to do something about this, a lot of others feel this way.

  I visited this Subway location today, and it was an appalling experience. The two staff members working were incredibly rude, and I am honestly shocked they are still employed there. Management needs to seriously reconsider their staffing choices because these workers are driving customers away. Since it was our first time at an American Subway, we needed a few minutes to look at the menu. Instead of being helpful, one worker kept interrupting and pressuring us to hurry up. When we asked to see the bread options, she showed them to us with a massive attitude, acting like doing her job was a burden. The most disrespectful part was that she and her female co-worker were talking loudly in Hindi to each other and laughing while giving us side-eye. They weren't even trying to hide it; they were making fun of us right to our faces while we were trying to order. To top it off, they were completely incompetent—even though we ordered a specific sandwich (the grilled chicken), they had no idea what the standard toppings were and had to be told to just look at the menu. These employees were trash and treated us like we were a nuisance. They should be fired for their blatant lack of respect and professionalism. I will never step foot in this store again.

  This Subway visit was a total disaster. The two young indian workers kept pressuring me to order, even though I was still deciding. Then, every time they told me what ingredients to put, they were loudly talking to each other in Hindi, acting like no one could understand them. It was so unprofessional. ALSO, i ordered from the menu. These workers should KNOW whats in it, if you Dont, look at the menu?! Why are you asking me what to put?! Other people have also called this out. The food was a joke barely any chicken, mostly bread and veggies. This place needs a full overhaul those workers don’t belong there, and it’s making everyone uncomfortable. Most people in the reviews also think that these indian workers are very unprofessional and they should really learn their job and get fired.

  I ordered a steak philly. Sloppy and ice cold. I only live around the corner from the subway in upper darby. Should have been warm. Sandwich falling apart.
